We had always been together since we were kids, we were thick as thieves practically. It was inevitable that we ended up as a couple when feelings started to form, we were the only ones for each other really, school sweethearts all the way up to graduation. We literally knew everything about each other. We stayed loyal of course even as we went to different colleges, it was tough to maintain a long distance relationship but we managed until we were able to meet up again and make a go at it again.

That was until you unloaded the bombshell that you were gay, and you had known you were gay since middle school. I had honestly been shocked speechless to say the least, why had you stayed with me this long, why you didn't call things off when we went to college, were you telling me this now with the intentions of moving on. You had oddly enough put my fears to rest that you weren't leaving, but raised another major concern.

You tell me you still love me very much and the only way that we can remain together is if I begin to transition into becoming a man, I would have to start instantly if it was to work, and if I were to say no then you would ensure that my life was made a living hell.

Now I know this is a really odd prompt, and I doubt it'll get a lot of attention, but I love the idea of how humiliating and degrading it must be that the person you've loved your entire life not only comes out as gay but then tells you the only way you can be with them is to transition into becoming a man yourself and they will blackmail you into do it.
