tell customer service that you need to chat with somebody in the technical department cuz customer service doesn't know anything, they just repeat the same thing over and over. and I've heard well I've read somewhere that you could have visible call you but it might take a while for them to get ahold of you.

Big time yesterday on my way to Hollywood to see star wars, while driving it's a big inconvenience.  Ended up restarting phone then started getting my text and able to get phone calls.  Crazy thing is this morning I synced up Bluetooth to my wife's car and started getting voicemails from back in November, lol.  Crazy stuff ...

Just curious, have you tried a full factory reset of the phone?

When setting up the phone again, set it up as a new phone.  Do not restore from backup.

As long as all your data (contacts, photos) is synced in iCloud, it will all sync again to your phone.

Did your relative set the phone up as a new phone or did she set the phone up using a backup of another iPhone

Not trying to trash Visible, I still think after glitches are worked out its going to be amazing.....However, I have a relative that switched to Visible recently. She has a new iPhone 11 (purchased on black friday from Visible directly) and moved her number from AT&amp;T. That was a mess and took over 4 days to complete. Now every other call made or received from the phone says "call failed" or when calling in a  busy signal tone is heard. This happens to multiple numbers, both landlines and cell phones. Its a sporadic problem. Reaching out to Visible C/S (via facebook or app) has not been successful. I have tried rebooting her phone, toggle airplane, and reset network settings. Not successful.  They have her verify the account and then have you wait until the chat is disconnected. She really needs a reliable phone, and this hasn't been the case thus far. Any advice?
