Jibun Techo 3-in-1 Life Book

Hi friends! I just bought the 2020 Jibun Techo 3-in-1 planner, and so far, I'm in love. It has all the best parts of a good bullet journal, but it's already done.
But... I don't speak Japanese. And I tend to obsess about details, but since I don't speak Japanese, there are a few gaps. Two questions for y'all: Are there any complete Japanese-to-English translations of each page of the book? I've found a lot archived from previous year's Jetpens.com, but not everything, and Google Translate only goes so far.
Second question: I'm having a blast doing the family tree, but it refers to something called the "betting column." What the heck is that? Is it a glitch in Google's translation program, or something over my head when it comes to genealogy? Can anyone help out?
