This comes from vague memories, but I think it's from a video game where you control a ship at the bottom of the screen, and shoot others ships that come from the top? Kind of like a game on mobile named "Virus War 98k". It looks retro. It's a meme too, I find it a lot on oyutube but none of them tell me what it is. please help me out?
