Are my PC specs viable?

I5 9600 1070 ti 16 g ram

I'm only 70 hours in. I'm spending my most time learning so I'm not planning on upgrading anytime soon, plus I just built my rig a year ago. Is my pc adequate for now? What are the limitations I will face? Best render settings? Please help!
