One rad feeds the cpu, the other feeds the gpu, and both of those return to the tube reservoir which feed the radiators. Would this be considered a parallel loop?

You have 2 pumps? Then no, that's a dual loop.

The top rad looks like a normal radiator though, where's the 'built in pump' hiding at on that one?

It's on the top right of the pic, sticking out the end of the rad. It's a regular pwm pump so no fancy screen like the D5 Next pump installed on the vertically mounted rad.

Oh wow I'm blind. I completely did not see the giant shiny radiator on top of the case.

I kinda expected that to happen - I didn't have the best light for the pic, and usually you'd expect the rad to be black.

Is it still a dual loop if the loops meet?

1
Capt-Clueless•

Yes. It's two independent cooling loops with a common reservoir.

What about if they both share a pump?

with a common reservoir.

Hmm, not really a dual loop imo, as all the fluid and thus heat is shared.

A figure of 8 is not two separate circles.

I was thinking since it's sharing the same reservoir, if only the cpu or only the gpu is under load, the pump/radiator that feeds into the one that isn't under load is still helping to cool the hotter component.
