Limerent M (40) for F in same situation

I have been experiencing this limerency (infatuation) for a few months now and it has disrupted, no, shattered my whole world. If you have this, and it is unrequited or the person is unaware, you know what I mean. I cannot talk to anyone I know about this because I am married and it could get back to my wife. I am not ready to tell her but in the meantime I feel the need to talk to someone about this and share techniques or just get it off mind, even for a little while. I am apprehensive about therapy and guys don’t want to or care to talk about it, so it would be better to get the perspective and maybe share this condition with a woman who relates.
