Remove vote to kick

Since the reverse friendly fire now works and can work with an entire squad, I feel it's time to remove the vote to kick option. It is used almost constantly in quick match and just fuels the toxicity of the community. I think its is one of the biggest things holding this community back from really booming. It's a fantastic game and I want to make sure it keeps growing for years to come!
