is there a scav named conner or am i just running into the same player over and over again?

Im trying to get the pocketwatch for prapor on customs. I have the key already. at first i was going in kitted, taking it slow, getting kills and looting too but i wasnt even making it to the fucking truck with the pocketwatch and i was losing like 50-100k each time. Now i have nothing left so Im just sprinting for it naked but i keep getting one tapped by "conner". literally every time ive spawned in. Is it a scav?? A player?? I thought scavs had two names. I dont know what to do Im sick of being stuck at level 1 with these merchants i cant buy shit it fuckikng sucks.
