Bixby Routines: if WiFi then fingerprint off

Hello fellas,

I'm New to bixby Routines and would like to Set something like this:

If I'm home or connected to my WiFi my phone shouldn't be locked to pin or fingerprint and should be available for every Person at my home (parents).

If I leave my home/WiFi fingerprint should be active again so if I want to use my phone I have to put my Finger at the Scanner to unlock it.

Is this possible? I tried but I haven't found the "then" part. Thanks in advance!
