3.5 mm Microphone Jack Not Working [Windows 10]

I just got a Hyperx Cloud Mix headset for christmas, but the mix isnt working. My drivers are up to date, its set as my default recording device and I have it unmuted. Im completely clueless what to do. It uses two 3.5 mm jacks, one for the headphones and one for the mic. The headphones work fine, but the mic doesnt. It is recognized and set as default, but doesnt work. Please help!
