Recipes needed!!!

Hey guys! So today, a family friend gave me and my family some meat from a roe deer that he recently harvested , as a gift. We hope to include most of it on our Christmas dinner. The problem is that none from my family knows how to properly cook roe deer in a way that it will be good. So because of this, I would like you guys to give me your best/favourite recipes for roe deer meat or venison in general. Yes, I know that I could find some recipes on Google, but I believe that you know best what recipe would make it an unforgettable Christmas meal. Thanks in advance!
