1,4 BDO Freezing Point?

Ok, I'm trying to see if my vendor is lying. I recently received some BDO that isn't thick like PG. It doesn't freeze below 68 degrees. The taste isn't nearly as bitter.

They told me even one drop of water can compromise the freeze point.

I don't buy it. The quality of the effects are just not great at all. It's lacking a lot of what BDO usually brings..
