Easy games for a 5 year old (like Paw Patrol)

Kids can get very upset when they play a game that's too difficult :).
He loves the look of games like Rayman, Sonic, Shovel Knight, Wonder Boy etc.., but they're a little difficult in sections, and he dies a lot. I was thrittled when I picked up Paw Patrol. My oldest really enjoyed it. You cannot lose or die, and the game even gives you instructions and guidance. It's honestly an excellent game for 4-5 year olds. My oldest find it a little boring now, but he absolutely loved it when he was younger.

Are there other games like this?
In other searching I've seen Cars 3 and Dreamworks Dragons recommended. I might pick those up for Christmas.

Does any one agree on the above recommendations, or recommend something else?
