People frothing over passive comments to go on a downvote crusade is sad

It's like, jesus, get a grip on yourself. I love the double standard that reddit users have, where they all pounce randomly on a comment you've made. Not intended to offend anyone, not intended to get a rise out of anyone. Just so they'd jeer and go on a downvote parade about what you've said. Frothing at the mouth, dancing on their keyboards with their fingers to get any inane and troll-like jab out of the way. All at these desperate attempts to feel empowered over another individual.

And going on about how I'm the one with issues? Why, because I'm defending myself and parrying off your crazy words fueled by some inferiority complex? Did someone hurt you or someone and didn't get the last laugh at them so you have to take whatever anger out on the next person online? Poor wittle baby...

Such lonely like lives these people must lead.

Edit: Stalking me and bringing up my post history only strengthens my opinion. Wow, do some people just dig so low on this site. They really cannot find anything else to do with their time. Such pent up aggression, maybe some of you should go masturbate it off or something.

Jesus Christ dude, you might wanna take a break from this site, doesn't sound like it's a healthy experience for you. Reddit users (especially those on gaming subreddits) can be pretty obnoxious, but they're still people like you and me. You don't know anyone's story or perspective on this site, and turning them into a caricature does no one any good.

If they're being assholes for no reason I don't care. We all have problems, doesn't mean we take it out on other people. Call a therapist cause I'm not qualified, nor do I want the headache. Subreddit's called r/thisiswhredditsucks not sure why you're surprised by salty posts.

Just defending yourself...sure. I guess this is on the right sub since Reddit sucks now because people like you are on it. Your feelings got hurt so you go somewhere to cry and hope people tell you you're right? Stop being a baby and get over losing some of your worthless internet points while you're acting like an ass.

Yeah pretty much. Happy and successful people aren't on Reddit that often (I'll admit I'm not where I'm at in life), but plenty of insecure and otherwise miserable people who give themselves the illusion of superiority by making other people feel bad/excluded

So you're being an asshole too...to a guy who's salt posting...on a subreddit called "thisiswhyredditsucks". Lol. This isn't some deep, high level discussion forum. It's a venting subreddit. It's not like he's over the top flaming and doxxing people like *some* losers on this site would do when they get butthurt over some petty internet squabble.

I don’t think reddit sucks because people are too mean and unreasonable, I think reddit sucks for much different reasons and I challenged this guys reasoning.

I don’t want the content of this subreddit to be people giving passive aggressive complaints on being downvoted. This post ended up not being very popular here, so I don’t think I’m totally out of line.
