Um... it’s looks like every other fetus to me?

My friend is having her first baby and she showed my a picture of an ultrasound of herself before she was born, and an ultrasound of her baby that she had done a couple weeks ago. She’s goes “don’t we look just alike?!” I didn’t really respond because sure, they look alike.... but her baby also looks just like every other fetus skull on every other ultrasound to me lmao.

But then she even posted it on Facebook and it seems that everyone else agrees with her that there’s an uncanny resemblance. Are they just trying to humor a soon-to-be mother or am I actually crazy?!
