I'm bisexual because I was raped by a 19 year old man when I was 15. I'm bisexual because that way I retain control over the situation, psychologically. If I was straight, then I'd just be a victim. Was I "born bisexual"? Who the fuck knows? Certainly not any of you. How does one even determine such a thing? I've been with men since, by choice. I consider myself about a 1.5 on the Kinsey scale, but maybe I'm actually straight dealing with trauma.
I don't believe most gay people are "born that way". Perhaps some are...I can't say for sure. But I choose to be bisexual.

If "I'm gay/bi and I have a story therefore my story is right" was how it worked (which is your logic) then it not being a choice would win out because far more gays and bis say it is not a choice.
The reality is you're not bisexual (if what you say is true) in the same way political lesbians aren't lesbians.
There's plenty of evidence that homosexuality is detemined by the hormones in your mom while she's preggers. It's why younger brothers are far more likely to be homosexual. And there are a lot of evolutionary advantages to 5% of males being homosexual for social species such as ourselves.

The actual scientific evidence points to a social/nurture effect...you posted a lot of the studies. It seems you didn't actually read any of them. There is NO biological evidence besides a few radical theories that aren't backed by research that says people are "born gay". You've been lied to, troll.

Article kind of has a point, IMO, environmental factors definitely play a key role in one's orientation, but I also believe biological factors can still be at least a tiny percentage in the determination.
But, yeah, some of those comments are pretty assumptive and stereotyping. Try not to take anything from that subreddit with TOO much heart though because it's filled with trolls nowadays along with a bunch of alt-righters.
