Library? Looks like a retail store to me.
In French, "librairie" is the word used for a bookstore, while "bibliothèque" (from Greek) is the word for library. Might be where OP's mistake originated from, if he/she is a French speaker. Where I live, a lot of large bookstores also sell office supplies, toys, boardgames, and other non-book related items, like Indigo/Chapters.
Edit : added info.
Edit 2 : The prices in the pictures are in lei, which is the currency in Romania. OP is not French, but Romanian is still a romanic language, so it's probably the same translation mistake.

How is it a mix? Libraries are libraries and retail stores are not libraries.
Romania, yes? They mix libraries and retail, never knew that. Is the US the weird ones here? How do other countries do libraries?
I don't think they mix retail and libraries. It's probably a translation mixup. "Librairies" are bookstores in romanic languages. What you call libraries, we call "bibliothèques" (in French) or variations of the word.
Edit : a typo; my auto correct gets confused when I mix French and English in the same sentence.
This is my worst fear being colourblind. I wouldn't dare use one and risk putting it back in the wrong spot
I just wanna put colors where they don’t belong
This gives me anxiety. I’ll bet that by the end of the day this photo was taken, half of every tub has switched tubs.
Pencils. In a book store. This image is satisfying, your post is not.
Yeah these are pens. Zoom in on the picture and you'll see the coloured tops are the caps.
Looks like they might be those cheap rose art markers
Pretty fricking beige for pens, but I'll give ya that one
This SR is for seeking satisfaction in accuracy and visual stimuli so it matters
You already have the updoot sweetheart, merry Christmas and praise satan
They look like tip pens, likely Stabilo brand.
But very much agree with your 2
Those are BIC pens. Not pencils. How are you not getting this?
Not sure about BIC, but definitely pens. They clearly have caps.

They are definitely not BIC.
