I've been playing on switch for over a year and today finally FINALLY cleared GR100 for the first time!

Hooray for you! This is my third season and I have yet to finish the journey with a Necro this time. I'm really struggling with the mechanics of its build, and just reached 70. I'm working on cycling through all the classes to complete the challenges too. Then on to hardcore!

What build Necro are you using? I rolled with pestilence season before last and I think I topped out at around 78 but that's mostly my skill lacking. I'm pretty sure Necro is exceptionally capable.

LoD corpse explosion/lance. I know they are all capable, but I have the ability to forget which button does what and manage to mash them all together and use my Land of the Dead too soon. Lol, still fun though!

Oh yeah! LOD is hella fun. I have my buttons set up in a kind of consistent way across classes. ZR is spam, B is mobility, Y is an opener is there is one, X is for healing/armor/basically a health button, A is resource management and ZL is the god cool down. That way I kinda play the same across all classes and builds.

Good advice, I'll move my cool down to ZL and just mash away at the other buttons! I'll get there.

I got to 99 last season (a bit of a heartbreak that was) with Carnevil Witch Doctor which I highly recommend for sheer playing fun if you're into glass cannon playstyle.

Never played the crusader or WD haha just Barb Wiz & Monk.
I've never played any of those, they are up next. I want to try all of the classes and I typically run one class a season.
So I've done DH (can't remember build,) Necro pestilence, WD Carnevil and now Crusader.
Which carnevil were you doing? Because I did LoD carnevil last season (albeit on PC) and found it was a lot tankier than the Zuni carnevil even though the leaderboards showed the Zuni version clearing a few levels higher.
I did Zuni (poison darts.) I actually have never tried Legacy of Dreams build on any class yet. But yeah, Zuni is basically tissue paper or at least that's what my experience with it was. I think I might give the LoD Carnevil a go if it's tankier next time a do a WD. I can't decide between Necro and WD for my favourite but they are both awesome so I'll definitely be playing those again.
Yeah, at the upper limits of the two builds, Zuni can technically push further in rifts but the LoD version is much tankier once you get a few ancients in my experience.
