guys what are you seeing thats doorcrasher level?
Had an awful experience ordering from them with limited communication to staff and no one actually willing to help me find my package
Hey, Can you PM me your order # and let me know what happened?
EDIT: Found the order, your first communication to us was 2 hours ago - Ella answered you as soon as we opened to let you know the tracking number shows it will arrive on January 3rd. I'm not exactly sure what you meant by no one willing to help you find your package... Ella did just that.
I’ve phoned in also and inquired about it asking you guys to send a ticket to Canada Post since they can’t find it. Must be nice to just blame customers instead.
We haven't blamed you at all... We can't submit a ticket with Canada Post until the Estimated Delivery date is passed. That date is Jan 3rd (I've PM'd you the tracking # just in case).
Our online phone support is open Monday-Friday 11AM-8PM EST (as mentioned on our contact us page) - However, we monitor emails all weekend :)
Is something going at at DashVapes? I ordered on Christmas Day (I got the advance email), yet here on New Years Day that order is still "Processed. Awaiting Fulfillment". I popped into the Waterloo store yesterday, to be told that this order will be shipped direct to me (even though I selected in store pickup and didn't pay for shipping). Today DV is advertising another sale...
Can you send me your order id? I’ll check :)
PM sent.
When does the sale start?
It’s already started :)
