Making a tank(ish)/peel build for Swain supp?

I’m trying to optimize a build for the support role where I can build tankier and focus on peeling for my adc/carries. So far I’ve tried it with both electrocute/phaserush and both seem fine. As for build if we do well early I’ll build roa (only if I think I can finish it pre 14 min) into visage then either rylais or righteous glory. Defensive boots to match what I’ll need for the enemy team. Anybody have some tips for making a tankier build path work? Most things I see are standard hp/ap build items but we all know some games you just aren’t the damage dealer.
