Have you tried a reboot after unplugging any drives? Cured this exact issue for me.

Have you tried holding down on the car icon in the bottom left? That also submits a report

Same here with other voice commands (in dutch) like fore making a call.

It’s still there, I used it yesterday . Which was after I installed wonky Holiday update, with voice commands.
Texting however doesn’t work, it hears my text, but won’t let me send it. It says tap to send, but it doesn’t do anything.

There is a bug with the update that makes the mic not listen. For some reason saying “bug report” gets the mic’s attention and the rest is understood as a command. If you want to leave a bug report say “bug report, bug report half the time you don’t listen.” If you want to open the backup camera say, “bug report open the backup camera.”
There is another bug that prevents the two-wheel reboot from working if a USB for Sentry Mode is plugged in. Remove the drive, perform the reboot, plug the drive back in. Commands will then work as normal.
