So when I would play, rarely would I ever have to stop the defuser when playing. Most of my matches would end in squad wipes or another team mate would defuse. Today I embarrassed myself because I managed to clutch a 1v4 but ran around sites looking for the defuser and for the life of me couldn't find it. How close can you plant to a site and does the beeping from one of the sites indicate where the defuser is?

Look close to the ppl you killed on site
Personally, I tend to look around the people I kill in the bomb sites. As for the beeping, it doesn't indicate the location at all, as both bombs beep throughout the round.
People tend to plant in doorways or along walls and in corners sometimes even a body can hide the defused a little too
Beeping is from the bombs, usually plant zone is only in the same room as each bomb, and defuser is almost always in the same site as the one u killed everyone on
If you want to know how to plant you need diffuser which looks like a yellow briefcase which is the icon and to plant go to the room the bomb is in then if you stand still it will give a button prompt to hold to plant diffuser stay behind cover when planting and smoke common angles and have a few teamates watch some doorways. This is the basics of planting
The defuser can only be planted in the bomb sites but dont know about the beeping
