How much adderall should I take?

I've never done adderall but in the chance that nobody else has any good advice, I always say just start with one. I only have experience with MDMA in terms of amphetamines, and it's a horrible feeling when you realise you've taken too much. I guess just see how you feel, and you can always take the second one within the hour.

try one, dont redose the other. Addiction central may be ahead.

Take 1, save the other. With no tolerance and at that weight you will enjoy it/be productive.
Or dont take them at all because you'll end up like me, think that maybe you do have ADHD because it makes you feel 'productive, social, and awake', you'll get a script, and then be addicted for 5 years.
