PSU too big for case, ordered a smaller one but it's too small. Do medium PSUs exist?
I have an itx case, a fractal design define nano s. However my new GPU for my upgrade is quite large, it fits in the case but doesn't leave a lot of room for my PSU at the bottom. I decided to buy a SF PSU from corsair so my new GPU would be able to fit in. Only problem is that it is miles too small, I can only align it with on screw and there are two large gaps (one at the top, the other at the side) in the back of my PC. Is this a problem?

You should be able to buy a sfx PSU to atx bracket.
The things is my case isn't an atx case, and I don't believe my GPU will leave enough room for my SF PSU to be raised to the ATX position.
I don't really care about aesthetics. Do you know if dust will be more of a problem?
I know the case very well, I've built a custom loop in it in the past.
The Corsair bracket offsets the PSU so you can have it pretty far down.
Not sure what you mean by dust problems.
As in, if I don't buy a bracket or if it still doesn't make everything fit, will having the gaps at the back with the SF PSU create a dust problem?
Probably not that much unless you have a very negative airflow setup.
