What's happening here. I changed my power supply and this happened when I tried to turn it on

Not sure what exactly but it looks like inconsistent power delivery, if so I wouldn't keep it on as long as its doing that or the repeated inrush current spikes could fry something

Is it plugged in?

Is that a led or an electric arc, we had someone burning his GPU just yesterday

Everything worked just before.

Reconnect the power cables and switch on and off your psu
