MSI mobo crashing on debug code 03

Hello, this more a PSA for archival purposes than actual content. but if your PC gets stuck in a boot loop, crashing on debug code 03, it may be a case USB port shorting out.

Solution, disconnect JUSB cable from mobo.

12 man hours may or may not have been spent on this issue.
