[Symptoms: Vestibular Disorder] [Torture Tactics] Perps retaliate for my getting a MRI scan of my ears ordered by Dr Hoffer. Continuous wave layering of both ear drums and stabbing the top of my brain.
Prior to the appointment, Dr Hoffer requires a hearing test less than six months old. There would be a longer wait for an appointment with the University of Miami audiology department than getting an appointment with Dr Hoffer. Thus I got a hearing test elsewhere. My prior three hearing tests were older than 6 months.
On February 8, 2020, Dr Hoffer spent only 10 minutes with me. This is an extremely short first appointment. He did not examine me. He didn't want to hear about targeting. His sole interest is finding people who have similar hearing test, VNG test and ear MRI as the diplomats.
Dr Hoffer ordered three tests: videonystagmography (VNG), a MRI of my ears and a balance test. VNG is performed in his office. The raw data is sent to Pittsburg for a written analysis.
The technician who performs the VNG stated she has tested 20 TIs. Mainly from a TI Facebook group.
The balance tests could not be scheduled in the same week. I was given an order for balance tests to give to an ENT doctor where I reside.
Because I have hearing loss in both ears from the torture, Dr Hoffer ordered a MRI of both ears with and without contrast. I objected to double the magnetic exposure and the contrast dye is toxic. Dr Hoffer refused to delete "with contrast."

It takes two days for the MRI order to reach the University of Miami imaging center. Thus, I walked across the street to hand deliver the order. I had the MRI the next day. I told the technician no contrast dye.
The imaging center sends their interpretation and raw data to Dr Hoffer. He reviews both along with the VNG and calls patients with the results.
After the MRI, I took Metrolink and TriRail back to the rental car. After driving, I was knocked out in the driver's seat. Several hours later, I regained consciousness. Most severe brainstem pain from being knocked out.
The peeps had broke in. They moved three 2 foot bungee cords holding the top crate above the center crate and changed these crates around. I changed them back. I laid down and put my head inside of my basalt rock crate. After I woke up, I realized they moved the rocks in the rear crate. Extreme heavy pressure penetrated the rear crate while I slept. This is the heaviest pressure I ever had. Even heavier than off grid at Joshua Tree National Monument. Top of my head is sensitive to touch. Swollen eyes and sinuses. TMJ. Worst concussion. Mitochondria dysfunction. Difficulty driving. Slowed thinking. Difficulty making decisions.
The peeps retaliated more after the MRI than after the VNG. Is hearing loss from the hum and layering of ear drums structurally different that a MRI can show?
Throughout the day, very frequent pulsing of the top of the head and infrasounding of my brain. Blood flow pushed from one side of the brain to another. Brain zapping due to remote neural monitoring. Perps zap brain after each thought they disapprove of. The difference prior to coming to Florida is the brain zapping was less frequent and the power density not as strong.
On January 12, 2020 at around 3:10 am, a laser stabbed very deep through the top of my brain. I complained out loud. Lasering didn't stop. Perp stopped after I got up. Brain injury and sleep deprivation.
In the evening, the perps continuous wave layered both ear drums for approximately 2 1/2 hours. They also strongly lasered for a few seconds my ear drums. I screamed. I didn't have basalt rocks with me. If I had the rocks, I could have held them over my ears. My new year resolution is to carry two basalt rocks in my backpack.
On 1/13/2019, lasering of both ears lasting a few seconds. Later, low power continuous wave lasering of my left ear drum.
The lasering of both ear drums exacerbated hearing loss. My voice sounds distant and different. I can hardly hear people. The hum is very loud and vibrational.
I will donate my body. A contrast dye MRI and fMRI could be performed after I am slow killed.
I am the 21st TI examined by Dr Hoffer. Did the perps retaliate against them by inflicting others concussions and hearing loss? What were their test results? Would anyone like to ask the Facebook group targeted individuals?
Update:
On January 14, 2020, lasering of my right ear drum. I called Dr. Hoffer's office three times but the perps terminated the calls. I will use a pay phone to ask Dr. Hoffer to order a hearing test.
