I am going to have to go into the hospital again off and on over the next couple of months to have some more surgeries and it might be weeks at a time. I need to get some money and I would also like to get a reasonable laptop to game on during these stays.

AMD Ryzen 5 1600 65W AM4 Processor with Wraith Stealth Cooler (YD1600BBAFBOX), it's an R5 2600, tons of info on these out there, dropped it at 4Ghz with the same settings as my last basic 1600 and did 24 hours of stability testing, likely can do higher, just a few days old, it will be shipping with the CMOS reset to defaults
XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB 3D NAND NVMe, just a few days old as well
Will toss in the ghetto rigged H60 that keeps things under 50c while gaming and heavy loads, can include stock cooler, or swap entirely
Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 motherboard, F50a bios, has run all gens of Ryzen without issue

I AM NOT LOOKING TO PART OUT AT THIS YET! I DO NOT WANT TO SEE EVERYTHING NICKEL AND DIMED DOWN DUE TO SHIPPING! IF I DECIDE TO PART I WILL POST ACCORDINGLY OR UPDATE THIS ONE.
That said, I would consider swapping out the NVME drive in favor of a standard SATA 240GB PNY that I have and lowering the system price, then making that a separate sale entirely and adjust the price accordingly.
I AM NOT SHIPPING A CASE DUE TO THE EXPENSE OF DOING SO!
I am open to an outright trade for a laptop, however, I will not be the one shipping first. I have a great history over a lot of years and I cannot afford to fall victim to something like that at this time.
