My aunt got that plant. No one in my family can help identify it. It can replicate via this tiny sprouts on it leaves. I think it is some sort of succulent.

Keep it away from your other pots. Those little cute babies will spread like wildfire to any pot within bouncing distance. The name ‘Mother of Thousands ‘ is a warning not a joke 😂😣
