There is a mod called World Edit that lets you edit "custom planets". The ui is quite difficult to use but it does work.

There is a mod called World Edit that lets you edit "custom planets". The ui is quite difficult to use but it does work.
You can share you savefile but that comes with the issue that you must share mods if those mods can't be added in the middle of the game (or are required for map generation). You can also just share the seed or coordinates and again, any mods used and settings.
