20% XP from Chapter Booster is a SCAM

The Chapter 5 Booster Pack which is sold as containing a 20% Chapter XP Boost is a literal scam. The 20% is not added to my Chapter XP. I just completed one node, and one node only in a round. The node was worth 12,0000 XP, and the weekly challenge tab says 12,000 XP +2,400.

However, after actually playing the round, my score increased from 2,434,xxx XP to 2,446,792 XP. I thought that increasing my Chapter Rank felt a lot slower than the previous Chapter and this would explain it. I am literally not recieving the bonus 20% that I am owed.

I know that there is a visual bug with the (constantly broken) End of Round screen. Even if I subtract the Node XP that is shown twice the numbers do NOT add up to any 20% bonus being applied - even if it says so! If someone would like to confirm this for themselves that would be great because I am not seeing the 20% Boost *at all*.

Edit: I checked both the XP required for the gold dog tag (which displays numbers not even remotely close to that shown in the End of Round screen) AND my progress to the next rank. Neither increased by more than 12,000 XP.

Edit 2: I really appreciate everyone’s enthusiasm about telling me how to spend my money. I purchased this booster at the launch of the Pacific and assumed that it would be working correctly. But due to 5.2 I have barely played anything for the past month. And now that I wanted to catch up on the golden dog tag I noticed that the booster isn’t even working. I don’t need you to tell me what you think about my purchase - I’d just like to point out that it doesn’t even contain what is promised.
