Games for a very specific niche

Multi-platform

After playing games like Spider-Man PS4, and both Gravity Rush games, I think I've found my niche in gaming: action games that have open worlds (i.e. New York in Spider-Man, Hekseville in Gravity Rush, and Jirga Para Lao in Gravity Rush 2) and fun movement mechanics (i.e. web-swinging in Spider-Man, gravity shifting in Gravity Rush). Does anyone have any suggestions for such a specific niche?

Edit: not horribly picky about platform, I've got the Big 3 consoles and a decent PC

Have you checked out the Just Cause games? You start 4 with a grappling hook and it's a pretty big open world.

Rage 2 is on GamePass and you may enjoy it as well. World is a little too big, but the combat is amazing.
