Roborock S4 motherboard

Hi All,

So after a problematic experience of our dog's "accident", being scattered around the house by S4, it got washed and we accidentally exposed the mobo to the water and it needs replacement.

I tried to search for it to be bought, but no luck, only S5 and S6 available. Does anybody know if the S4 and S5 mobos are compatible? Or if where I could have the mobo bought/replaced?

Appreciate any help!

I believe the s4 has different processor than the s5 so im pretty sure those are not interchangeable. Have you tried contacting roborock directly? They seem to have a pretty decent customer service who could help you.

Try mailing to the support. I got a question about multiple floor and they replied within 2 hours, on Saturday.

S4 should have the same MB as the S6. I would contact support as other have said.
