Need a stick i can customize with sanwa parts that is easy to plug and play. Want to customize art with plexi glass, do not want to plug in a controller to use. Let me know what my options are.

you can spend like $30 on the coov n100 adapter and use any PS4 stick.

Well, the Hori Real Arcade Pro for Switch is super easy to swap the hori parts for Sanwa, and I'm pretty sure Focus Attack and Arcade Shock have pelxis and/or wrap options.
I have that stick (both the original and SF2 retro version), and I don't think it could get any easier as far as compatibility and whatnot.

Mayflash F500 is a pretty good stick for the price, especially if you use it for PC or Switch cuz doesn't require controller connection for those, and it's probably the cheapest stick with clear artwork plexi. There's also an Elite version which comes with Sanwa parts, I think it's worth the price difference if you're planning on upgrading the parts anyway.
A Switch specific stick would be the Hori RAP V, but you'd have to buy a new plexi to do custom art. If money isn't a concern then you can do a full custom build with something like an AFS case and a Brook PS4+audio or WFB (both support Switch).
