Don’t know about 3-0 to India in the ODI’s. Think it would be a pretty even series with India probably taking it 2-1. Also unlikely NZ opening partnership to get to 50 let alone 100.
Dont undermine us on home turf. Munro's gone for good so all we need is guptill to go well
More so worried about our bowling to be fair. Southee isn’t really all that much of a wicket taker. In ODI’s him and Santner are handy containment bowlers while Boult and Fergs of late have been the aggressors. Guptill and Munro have fallen off a cliff in the last couple years. Guptill from top 3 or 4 opening bats in the world to a fairly pedestrian top order player - our best option but needs a good series. Munro lives and dies by his aggression but has mostly died in recent memory. I don’t think it’s long before one of them is shut out to give Phillips or Seifert an extended go. At this time I’d probably chuck Worker in for Munro for a variety in 5th choice bowling options to back up with Neesham/CDG.
