Audio Technica M50xBT stops turning on, have to keep resetting to fix this

Headphones - Wireless/Portable

I bought a new M50xBT and after using it for a while, it will turn off and I can't turn it back anymore.

I have googled and seen some info stating to plug the headphones to a power source and then disconnect and reconnect it again to perform a reset.

After doing this, the headphones work again, but after sometime, they will turn off and require another reset.

Not sure if this is a firmware issue? Is the latest firmware 1003?

Is there a way to reflash the firmware incase it is indeed an issue with the firmware?

The headphones sound great, but I can't enjoy it due to this issue.

Thanks alot for any help rendered! :)
