Polarize of party critical buff?
Hello, currently having a party critical buff +9% on my Shakti but just got a polarize 10% El tear yesterday. Was wondering in general which is better? Tried to use Alshal's website but party buff doesn't seem to affect CP.
Which has a more useful genuine impact and does party buff apply even when I am in a dungeon alone (after queueing but got no teammates)? Many thanks as always :)

Go Polarize. Even though some party buffs does affect your CP, Polarize gives way more CP, and it's likely the best el tier for top piece. Not to mention that you can't get polarize through sockets.
Ara already gives you a bunch of critical through her passives and Eun mode, so no need to use this group critical el tier (unless you want to use some very gimmicky support elrianode set)
Edit: About your last question, yes, party buffs does work for you even if you're playing alone.
