Looking for a bit of Star Trek trivia I've never heard anyone else discuss

I'm looking for one particular moment in either the Voyager or Enterprise series.

Two male crew members were in a cargo hold moving some heavy metal rods that were about 8 feet tall. They leaned one against the wall, then went on talking. While talking, the prop in the background shifted over and the foley effect had to have a weird "clang!" to sync to the movement even though it interrupted the scene.

This is an incredibly minor moment, but I think of it often. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about?

No it doesn't sound familiar at all. I don't remember a scene moving such metal rods. Definitely not in Voyager. I've rewatched Enterprise and can't think of such a scene. But Enterprise has always been less memorable to me.

There was a scene in DS9 (I think) where two characters are fighting in the stand up part of a Jefferies tube and one knocks in to a closed hatch, these hatches would normally split in half and open to the sides but as he knocked in to this one it simply fell backwards exposing the dimly lit part of the wooden set behind (rather than another Jefferies tube tunnel), fortunately it wasn't obvious to look at and in the audio mix they added a metal crash as the panel fell away.
