As much as I love your new fries, Wendy's, what the hell does this sign MEAN?

Problem?
Just talking about their new fries. Unless I am missing something.
Specifically:
0 gram trans-fat-free oil
That is describing a quality of the oil in which the potatoes are fried. Here is an example sentence "[these fries are] cooked in 0 gram trans-fat-free oil until they're golden brown."
or maybe it seems redundant to you? There are no grams of trans-fats in the oil. In fact, the oil is trans-fat-free. This redundancy is due to FDA regulations on packaging. Wendy's is just being specific. It is like how organic, certified organic, and 100% organic are not the same thing...
That makes sense then.
I was interpreting it as modifiers to the 'oil' part, so 0 gram oil didn't make sense.
The phrase does not make sense grammatically to me, and I've been meaning to post about it for weeks now.
It's trans-fat free, so there are zero grams of trans-fat. I guess it says the same thing twice.
I don't get it. What is confusing about the sign?
