It is... or, it would be. But the Legends team has learned from WoT Mercenaries and such. So thankfully they added the option to turn the Azure Lane skins off.

HSF skin on PC was around $10 separate from the regular $35 bundle if I remember correctly, I doubt they’d sell it on console for less than $10 anyway

It's KC's fault for not wanting to expand the game globally. Azur Lane took advantage of that and imo, made it better.
