It’s the same as federal and state withholding. They already sent the $300 to the city. You fill out a city return and depending on your tax liability for the city, you will get a refund if it was over withheld , or owe money if it was under withheld.

In box 18 I have 21223.60


In box 19 I have 318.34


Do I owe the city $318.34 or did my employer already pay them and I don’t have to do anything?


Had no issue with state and federal just not sure what to do with this
