Too many jalapeños!
I ordered groceries online and I bought WAY too many jalapeños. I gave some to the neighbor. Made some poppers for super bowl. But I still have too many! So, what would you do with them?

Fermented hot sauce.

slice, 2/3 vinegar, 1/3 water, salt and other seasoning. I make bunch of quarters for the winter and spring. Give as gifts at Christmas, beat socks

No such thing! I like jalapeños for all sorts of things. Of course sauces, salsa, and such. Also sautéed with onions to have with eggs. Or sliced to top soups, sandwiches, or whatever I’m eating.

Roast them and freeze them. Use them as wanted/needed for salsa, chili etc.
Okay! I wasn’t sure if they would still be good after freezing.
