Ouf... I usually take a solid slothead (line) screwdriver, give it a little smack with a small mallet, and it should imprint in the screw head. From there on you may be able to turn it out?

Drill it out, tap new threads

That would be the retaining screw, I believe. I am assuming you mean the screw right under the cam.

Yes, it's the screw type I'm struggling with. it has a very specific head I can't work out or it's a sedated pin that got jammed in

Oh! To me from this side it looks like it was (cleanly?) sheared off. Otherwise, I've never seen it and it’s tamperproof. But it looks like it was cleanly cut off or I’m looking at the side that goes into the door (the non-head side)

The other side has a reiever hole like it should have gone all the way through so its hard to see if its a screw or a serated pin thats been hammered in at a slight angle. I'll try and get some pictures of the other side up if people are interested as this damn pin cost me almost £50 buying a whole new unit as I couldn't get the £4 cylinder out to swap it

Yeahhh I’m not terribly sure at this point. There’s bound to be someone else here who can answer better. I’m not even in Europe xD so whatever I know is from my collection lol. Best of luck though!

The screws preventing the cylinder access are usually on the back of the lock. I don't know what I am looking at in this view, but I don't think that is a screw.

That's a half profile cyl for a switch lock. Usually for a roll shutter. We rekey them all the time. Ypu need the key to remove it from that front mount plate, then it can be rekeyed.

Do you know the name of the key / screwdriver that removes that bit? I ended up having buy a whole replacement unit due to time limitations

It looks like a pin not a screw. What's the other side look like? You may be able to tap it out
