New power supply and now hard drives aren't being detected.

Open

I got back after a week vacation and my computer wouldn't turn on. I switched my power supply with my wife's and it worked fine, so I knew it was the power supply. I went out and bought a new one (corsair rm 850x) and installed it and the computer turned on fine, but not neither of my two hard drives are reading. I made sure the sata cables were fully connected, but it won't start and when I go to the bios it shows neither of the hard drives on the boot priority. Been messing around with it the last hour and no luck, figured I would see if anyone had any ideas. I have a Sabertooth P67 with a Intel I5-2500k. The boot device led is a solid red as well.

I know it's a dumb question but the drives have the power cable plugged in?

They do, I will say that I did originally use the old power cables and plugged them into the new power supply, before switching to the cables that came with the new supply. Not sure if that matters, but maybe it screwed it up?
