Basic question but I've never actually tested it. If Dokk takes cams but Valk or Echo haven't set their equipment down yet, will she have access to them once they're placed?

I believe it's situational, because in some circumstances they might still be useful to your team, you should just destroy the ones that might reveal the position of yourself/your team.
It depends on the value of the cameras position, and what it could potentially expose to enemies.
For example, if a camera is placed inside OBJ, where defenders might be, its best to destroy it.
If a camera is a watching a hallway/entrance to OBJ that wouldnât give away defender positions you can safely leave it.
Itâs a case by case basis that you need to decide on (as a team, preferably)

It really depends. For instance if Iâm playing valk and I set up a cam splitting the sites watching both bombs I will instantly destroy it because it is doing more harm than good.
Also since the echo nerf/dok buff if echo is dead I will shoot the echo drones if they are in sight.
But in cases where your cams are outside or covering areas in which you donât expect a teammate rotation leave it up
