Me and my buddies enjoy pokemmo for the challenge and we’ve cleared every region. Came back to the game for sinnoh and it’s been really damn easy. Gym leaders and galactic leader battles seem no more difficult than in the main game.

Giratina made me sweat tho

was the giratina fight the same like in original platinum? Ive never played the original one. It was really hard tho
Not even close.
Nope. There was no such thing as triple battles in sinnoh. The island thingys weren’t there and giratina has way more health. I originally underestimated it and thought I could sweep it with Torterra but it killed everyone but my Torterra and I had to use all my max revives.
Every region after your first is much easier.

Also shipping back to completed regions for much more efficient grinding, especially with Hoenn's lack of rebattled trainers in the Pokenav.
I'm not sure if the grind you're talking about is Yen or xp, but just as a headsup, the best level grinding isn't trainers. It's Tentacruel hordes at Battle Frontier.
Other trainers (or gym leaders in a completed region) are best for both money and exp.
I felt like it was the complete opposite? Only because I kept ending up underleveled no matter how hard I tried
I battled Every possible person and was still ending up 5+ underleveled every gym and 10+ in the E4
I haven't got around to playing yet but if it sounds like that then raising a new team doesn't sound worth it...
I made a team, it was absolute overkill

Didn't they get rid of mining too? If so that turned me off even more to playing this region.
No idea tbh, I know spiritomb is available but they prob just shoved it in some random cave. I’d seriously doubt that they implemented anything to do with the mining and cave exploration.
Least I know I can get my boi Spiral now. But it's gonna be very challenging to get the energy to challenge a copy and paste Sinnoh.

I’m currently running and electric monotype run, it has proven to be slightly challenging as most of the gyms resist or are neutral to electric, bar pastoria but he has ground moves that make up for that. My team is currently: Electivire,Magnezone,Rotom,Pikachu,Luxray and my hm slave. I’m just about to challenge the canalave city gym and my electivire should hold it with his flamethrower.

I haven't started in that region yet, but I know that the lack of fire types the region has. If you play through the game normally you'll notice that Chimchar, Monferno, Infernape, Flareon, Ponyta, and Rapidash are the only fire Pokemon in the sinnoh dex. Which in turn could cause the usage of Grass, Flying and even Water types to be more strong, more reliable and useful. But is the reason its more easier for you and your friends is a possibility but not completely likely just something too think about.
Really? I noticed Sinnoh was actually harder then the regular game of Platinum.

All of the games on mmo are supposed to be more difficult than their original versions. Me and my 2 friends that I’ve completed every region with agree that this sinnoh on mmo is not nearly as difficult as say, hoenn. It seems barely more difficult than the original, compared to the difficulty of the other regions on mmo it’s definitely lacking.
