Internet randomly cutting out on select devices only; only facebook/youtube/google sites working

Open

This issue arose about 1 month ago. For some random reason, both my phone and pc (ethernet connection) will stop being able to load almost any website or game. This issue is only happening on my two devices there, but not on my laptop, parent's wireless devices, or brother's pc who is also using an ethernet connection. My connection still shows as connected during this issue.

Only working sites I've seen at google and anything related to google, Youtube, Facebook, Yahoo. Apparently someone else online said they're all Ipv6 sites, if that correlates with anything??? Not too savvy in this field

I'm currently with Shaw but they've been of no help and have no idea what is going on.

Solutions I've tried: swapping modemn, replacing ethernet cable, changing address to 8.8.8.8 and things similar per suggestions, but nothing has helped so far.

Only thing I've noticed is on my firewall logs of my modem, I'm getting HUGE drops in these categories with a picture attached: https://imgur.com/a/Sux826J
FW.IPv6 FORWARD DROP, FW.WANATTACK DROP, FW.IPv6 INPUT DROP, all of which are either just 1-2 attempts (which I assume is normal from just internet activity), but right as my devices stop working, I get attempts in the hundreds if not THOUSANDS. Not sure what this exactly means and if someone is trying to get into my pc or not. I tried scanning with all the programs the top sticky comment on the sub about malware suggests, but issues still arise after doing that.

I have to manually reset my modem via logging into it DAILY now and it's getting really annoying. Last hope is factory resetting my pc/phone and seeing if that fixes it, but I'd rather if possible. Thanks for any suggestions :/
