Just gotta keep practicing, hold a good sight picture real steady while squeezing off each round, and you will be able to do that too.

No one's saying you didn't do things properly, well done. You kept the muzzle down, tight grip, everything right. But that distance is pretty close, and last time I was shooting that close we were shooting those dots that come with shoot-n-see targets. I stand about 20 yards with handguns.
