About Amakuni Nitocris 1/7

Question

Hi. First time posting here. I have a liitle problem about my figurine order. I ordered Nitocris 1/7 limited edition (with 3 medjeds) on AnimeNPC about almost a year ago. Last week, I saw a post on FGO subreddit that the figurine was released. I haven't gotten mine yet by the time I post this. Is limited edition one release later date than standard one? Anyone had experience with AnimeNPC? Their customer support doesn't seem so nice. Thank you in advance.

That's a normal gap between pre-order and release, but NPC should have shipped it by now. (I don't buy from them, so can someone else clarify whether or not they are just lousy about sending shipping notifications?) It's entirely possible that they've sent it and it's just still in transit. I'd also check your account/orders page and see if there's an order status and/or tracking number.

I don't use AnimeNPC but I pre-ordered mine from Nippon-Yasan and it only shipped yesterday, so hopefully yours should ship soon.

Yours should be shipped out soon. It's possible that they're experiencing warehouse delays. It's also possible they shipped it without notifying you. I've had that happen to me with ninoma. I haven't used them due to their bad reputation, and I heard their customer service is completely unresponsive, but I would email them for a status update and wait. It's still within a reasonable time frame for it to be in transit especially if you didn't opt for express mail.

Friend of mine purchased a figure from them that was in stock and it took roughly 2 months to get to him. Customer support wasn’t very responsive but he did eventually receive the figure in one piece. You can probably expect a similar amount of time unfortunately
